Payment and subscription Fulfilment:

As soon as the customer purchases the plan, fulfilment happens online and classes are allotted immediately according to the purchased plan. For example, if the customer purchases a subscription plan of 48 classes per month for 6 months, those classes will be added to his account.

Refunds:

As soon as the customer reaches out to us for a refund, we process immediate refunds for unutilized credits after deducting 20% royalty fees. For further details, see T&Cs.
